Software & Advice

Software setup for contractors, done right the first time.

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, JobTread, Jobber, and the AI tools that actually save time. I help contractors and home-service businesses in Northeast Ohio pick, set up, and connect the software that fits the crew, and I'm the second opinion before you buy anything else.

At Trinity Christian Fellowship that meant Microsoft 365 onboarding with the security settings actually turned on, shared files in Google Drive, and a streaming PC that just works. For a contractor it's usually email and accounts done right, plus job management that talks to your calendar and your invoices.

Typical setup: a few days, on site or remote

Tools: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, JobTread, Jobber

Northeast Ohio in person, remote anywhere

What's Included

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

Email, files, and user accounts set up right, with the security settings turned on that most small businesses never touch. Old accounts cleaned up, everyone on one system.

JobTread or Jobber

Estimating, scheduling, and invoicing in one place, configured for how your crew actually works. I'll tell you straight which one fits your size and trade.

AI tools that save real time

Quoting, scheduling, and customer follow-up that runs on tools you already pay for. Not busywork, and not another subscription you'll forget about.

Training and honest advice

I train the crew, then I'm your second opinion before you buy new hardware or software. A fast answer when something breaks is included with any active job. What that covers:

  • A straight answer on whether you need the upgrade at all
  • Help comparing quotes from other vendors
  • A call back within one business day when something breaks

Common Questions

Google or Microsoft?

Depends on what your crew already uses and what your accountant and suppliers send you. I'll ask a few questions and give you a straight answer, not a pitch for either one.

Do you resell licenses or manage accounts monthly?

You own the accounts and the licenses. Setup is a one-time job. If you'd rather I keep an eye on things month to month, we can talk about that.

What counts as advice?

A second opinion before you spend money on hardware or software, and a fast answer when something breaks. It's included while I'm working on a job for you, and a phone call away otherwise.

Ready to stop fighting your software?

Tell me what you're paying for and what's actually getting used. No sales pitch, just a straight story.
