Trail Log: Case Study

Trinity Christian Fellowship

Trinity Christian Fellowship's old streaming setup was slow, and the team struggled to reliably manage and publish the weekly livestream to YouTube and Facebook. The network behind it dropped connections at the worst times.

What I Did

I moved Trinity onto a new Subsplash One website, so group management, giving, and livestream management live in one platform. Then I handled the production and IT side: a new streaming PC, Microsoft 365 onboarding with the security settings in the admin center actually turned on, shared file access through Google Drive, a new network with a dedicated access point, new Blackmagic mini controllers for the camera system, new monitors, and all the cabling and mounting hardware to tie it together.

Results

Weekly services now stream without the dropped connections and hiccups the old system was prone to, and one platform handles groups, giving, and the livestream. I'm still the point of contact when either system needs attention. This is the same network, Wi-Fi, and AV work that backs the shop Wi-Fi and security camera services for contractors.

Very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Highly recommend.
